Whim Plantation - a beautiful restored 17th Century sugar plantation. The great house is staffed
by knowledgable docents and is furnished in period furnishings. The grounds are beautiful. The gift shop has some really lovely
things.
The grounds feature, in addition to actual sugar cane crops, restored cane processing facilities such as this sugar mill.
